Finally finished! 
One of the characters from a fantasy story of mine. As the title implies, he's a mercenary warrior, hence all the weapons. I really liked drawing the axe. In the primary reference, he has a sword, but it's the wrong sword and I ran out of page, so as my FB status said, I solved my problem with a throwing axe. 
This is my favourite drawing since The Scoundrel and the Princess, seriously. I'm so happy with it, I can't even tell you. It turned out exactly like I wanted.

This is beautiful! Do you use a model or a photo as a basis, or is the entire drawing out of your head? The proportions and the 'stillness' of the moment you captured is remarkable.
